•     Average delivery time: 4–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

•     We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for reliable service.

•     Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

•     Chosen shipping service
•     Package weight & dimensions

•     Please note: Items may ship separately, even if ordered together.

TRACKING & ORDER STATUS

•     Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
•     Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
•     If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at service@primebuydirect.com with your name and order number.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

    • Orders to P.O. boxes must ship via USPS
    • FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
