30-Day Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds cannot be issued after this period.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at service@primebuydirect.com to initiate a return. If approved, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure:
• The RMA number is clearly displayed on the box
• A copy of your proof of purchase is included inside the package
• You cover all shipping costs for returned merchandise
Items returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted. For any questions, reach us anytime at service@primebuydirect.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Clearance items
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within two business days whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
